POLICE WEEK 2022 | Understanding each other better: the police and the citizen
What better way to understand each other than to meet each other? Police Week is a great opportunity to invite citizens to discover their police and to establish a dialogue with them in a neutral and friendly context, and what better way than to be served a coffee by their police officers?
For the occasion, the MRC des Collines-de-l'Outaouais Public Security Service is reactivating the " Coffee with a cop" activity but in a 2.0 version which becomes " Coffee with a cop, on the road ".
The basic principle of the activity remains the same, which is to establish a bond with our citizens by enjoying a coffee with them. But this time, instead of inviting citizens to come and meet us in a restaurant, we are going to meet them on the road ourselves by offering them a "6-star drive-through service". So don't be surprised if we ask you to pull over to the side of the road.
- Wednesday, May 18th in Chelsea on Scott Road from 7:30am to 9:00am
- Thursday May 19th on route Principale in Val-des-monts (former restaurant le 27) from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
The only thing you'll have to give us is what you take in your coffee.
